Orders are packed and dispatched from our facility in Texas within one business day. Standard delivery is 2–4 business days across the lower 48 states; Alaska and Hawaii take 4–7 business days.

Shipping is complimentary on orders over $150. Below that, a flat $9.95 applies. Tracking is emailed as soon as the label is created.

We ship to U.S. addresses only, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO. We do not currently ship internationally.

You have 30 days from delivery to return any item for a full refund. Items should be in their original condition with all accessories and the warranty card included.

Email admin@elainestore.shop with your order number and we will send a prepaid return label. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of the item arriving back with us.

Opened earbuds and in-ear products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

Every product ships with the manufacturer's U.S. warranty, from one to two years depending on the item. The card is inside the box and the serial number is registered to your order automatically.

Warranty service is handled domestically. Contact us first and we will arrange repair or replacement — you do not need to deal with the manufacturer directly.

We do not collect card details on this website. When you submit an order you provide your name, phone number and shipping address only.

Our team reviews the order, confirms stock, then emails a secure single-use payment link to the address on the order. That link is issued by our payment processor and expires after 24 hours.

Your order is not charged until you complete payment on that secure page. If you do not receive a link within one business hour, check your spam folder or call +1 5804484704.

We collect only what we need to fulfil an order: your name, phone number, shipping address, email address and the items you ordered. We never sell or rent customer data.

Order records are retained for seven years for tax and warranty purposes. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing admin@elainestore.shop.
